Built-in firewall

BusinessTEL comes with a built-in firewall that monitors and blocks unauthorized access attempts, preventing malicious attacks.

Encrypted communications

BusinessTEL uses Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption for all communication, ensuring that data is transmitted securely. This also includes data (files and database) at rest with different encryption technologies, web encryption and so on.

Access control

BusinessTEL provides granular access controls, allowing administrators to control who can access different features and settings.

Two-factor authentication

BusinessTEL includes Fail2ban, which monitors and blocks IP addresses that exhibit suspicious behavior, protecting the system from brute-force attacks.

Automatic updates

Several tools have been integrated to minimize the risk of a fraud. GeoIP database allows you to limit countries that can be connected, Fail2ban will stop brute force attacks and Call cost limit will automatically stop compromised accounts.

Usage visibility

Call detail records (CDRs)

BusinessTEL’s CDRs provide a detailed record of all call activity, including the time of the call, the duration, and the parties involved. CDRs can be used for billing and auditing purposes.
